The benefit also offers additional cash for those who qualify.
Since our start date at Camp V of March the 1st, 2021, we have raised over $92,928 in annual benefits for Camp V clients. It’s a nice start for our initial three months, but we expect to do over $1 Million in benefits by the end of 2021. The word is getting out there about Camp V and local Hospitals and Clinics are reaching out to learn more about these benefits, CEO Scott Wells commented.
Veteran Caregivers, currently services over $3 Million in annual benefits for local Veterans and Spouses. These Federal Funds are Tax Free to the Veteran/Spouse and is a nice boost to the local economy.
Too many Veterans are unaware of this tremendous benefit. We are asking everyone in the community to generate awareness about the program. If you know of a Veteran or Spouse who is in need of additional funds to pay for In Home Care, Assisted Living, or other Medical Expenses you should reach out to Camp V.
