8 Basic Foundational Yoga Moves
This series is suitable as an introduction foe beginners to Yoga as well as for those that wish to advance their practice.
Bi-monthly classes provide instruction for maximizing the benefits in any yoga pose for all styles of Yoga. Class includes Handout, Settling in, Breathwork, Brief lecture, Gentle practice, Q&A and Relaxing Savasana aka rest and relaxation.
