Recovery from Military Sexual Trauma (MST) is not only possible—it’s a testament to the strength and resilience of women who have served. The journey, however, is not without its problems. Many women struggle with trust and self-esteem. Some experience emotional difficulties that negatively affect their personal and professional lives.
The MST Support Group offers a safe, supportive space where female Veterans can gather to share, listen, and grow at their own pace. Facilitated by a trained female Veteran, the group provides an environment rooted in security, understanding, and encouragement.
You are not alone. Your strength is honored here every second Saturday of the month.
