Demanding schedules, geographic distance, or even anxiety can make it difficult for women to visit the CampV Women's Center in person.
To break down these barriers, CampV is empowering committee members and volunteers to take a more personal approach. Through our new outreach program, trained personnel will connect directly with female Veterans and military significant others via regularly scheduled phone calls.
These personal check-ins create opportunities to build trust, offer encouragement, and connect women to the services, programs, and peer groups that can truly support them—whether it’s their first contact with CampV or a reconnection as their needs change over time.
At CampV, we believe connections shouldn't depend on location. We're bringing support to where women are, ensuring that every woman who has served or supported a service member feels seen, heard, and valued.
